Everybody involved recognized the impact the system would have and took pride in engineering the most effective solution for our challenging roof structure. Highly recommended service.  Donny provided our quote Steve, Nicky and Ethan. All of them ended up in our roof cavity at one point or another. For which they have my utmost respect. It’s horrible in there. As mentioned above they put a lot of effort into making the system as invisible as possible and ensuring everything was square/level. The team were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Kerry stopped by frequently to keep an eye on everything which was much appreciated.

Glen Butler was excellent on site with the installation and assistance not only with the residential HVAC system but also with the ventilation of the glasshouse. Ken Smith - Great to deal with. From initial inquiry through quoting and advising to the final product in place was painless and quick.  We wish to commend David for his whole work ethic. His manner and demeanor impressed us.  Working on his own, he set to work quickly and continued until completed, with only a minimal break for lunch. We are most impressed with the way he cleaned upon completion.  Hubands are lucky to have a worker of this caliber in their organization.

Kath Love - I Found the young man who did my service maintenance very thorough polite and efficient.

Janice Giles - Well to be honest we have never worked with such a good team of people from Travis who helped us choose the units and gave such excellent honest advice to the 2 wonderful installation guys to the reception who tried to help us with payment.  All in all you guys are top knotch.  I wish I knew their real names as they were very informative and funny then when they finished they gave a driving lesson in simple language that we understand so thank you and good luck.

John Robson - Without doubt the most professional job from the quotation to completion. The installation was exactly as we required, completed by two very competent guys. I was owner-operator of three companies in Aust. for several years and would have employed them as well as you salesperson, without hesitation. Hubands Energy are indeed fortunate to have these three in their employ.

Ray and Janet - A few thoughts about our Hubands experience. When we missed a call from you on Tuesday we assumed it would be that there would be a delay in the installation because of covid.  It was a most pleasant surprise when Natalie asked if we could accommodate you on the next day.  The guys arrived exactly on time and what a pleasant group of young men they were.  Without exception, they were friendly, easy to talk to and got about their business in a most efficient and professional way. Their attention to detail was superb, from aligning the units to match the wall lining to cleaning up every last bit of sawdust or concrete dust, they worked their way around any obstacles without the slightest complaint and delivered a great result for us.  I was forced away to play golf so wasn't able to thank them personally, I would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks, Janet was able to thank them and is right now enjoying a very pleasant sewing room temperature. It has been a pleasure dealing with your company.

She was always polite and friendly.  I don’t recall the names of the two young men who, despite torrential rain, carried out the installation with efficiency and good humour.

Noelene Donaldson - Love the new heat pump, the boys who installed had fantastic service, I wished I could have invited them in for morning tea (but, covid). I thought I wouldn’t like a Heat pump, but I wish I got one sooner.

Dorothy - I just wanted to say the service provided by your representatives was first class from making the initial appointment with Donny to having Natalie from your support team keeping me informed about installation, your accounts team who did not pressure me about making the deposit (which made it so stress free),  to the two guys, Dean (and I'm sorry I forgot the guy's name he was with) who were all very professional and friendly.  Dean was very helpful and answered my installation queries, went over instructions and explained how to work the unit with ease.  Certainly knew what they were doing!:)  Once again, thanks Team Hubands!

Ian and Gudrun - Just a quick note to let you know our solar system has performed way beyond our expectations and, for the period Apr 1 – July 31^st, we have paid a net total of $4.00 for grid power and line charges – over the late autumn and winter period. It is an excellent system and responds very quickly to changes in radiation levels.  We are super happy.  Thanks to you and the team for setting us up so well

Mark M - A quick email to let you know the Heat Pump has been installed, all good.  Just wanted to call out Ethan, Steve and Nick (I hope I got his name right?). They were exemplary representatives of Hubands. They were professional, courteous and friendly. And above all else, did a fantastic job. I hope Hubands have an employee recognition or reward scheme, as I would like to nominate all 3, it is well deserved. I was going to cook them lunch as a thank you while they were here busy working, but they let me know that was not allowed in the current climate.  I will continue using Hubands as my go to for everything heat pump and solar. And also recommending Hubands to family and friends.

Ian Hunt - The serviceman was great. He was late arriving at 5:15 pm for a 3:30-4 pm booking. He kept in touch by phone throughout the afternoon. I feel that 5:25 pm to 6 pm is a bit late for this work, and that is not the serviceman's fault. I highly recommend he receives your staff award. 

S Evans – Yes, good price & service. Showroom girl very beautiful, dude in office behind her not so beautiful, but probably a good guy.  Steve & Alex were very capable & did a good clean job.

Karen Davidson - Very good service excellent explanations from Dylan who serviced heat pumps.

Vanessa McLean – Had to get my heat pump serviced for yearly check. Easy to book and prompt service. Andrew was the guy who serviced the heat pump. Polite and professional.

Elton Anaru – Polite and showed initiative. Redirected condensation via a duct to wastewater drain to stop water damage due to pooling at the base of unit.

Valerie Montillier - Yes you guys are excellent I've been dealing with you since 2013 and the guy who came yesterday was excellent as well have a good day and last night I warm.

Mike Culleton - Can’t remember the names but I was home for the first installation and the guys were great and my wife was home for the second install and repeated the same comments.  Honest feedback - Absolutely great service but the communication could be improved from Donny. I sent him a couple of texts about a referral for a heat pump but received nothing back. The referral had contacted your company based on the feedback I had given him but was told that you don’t service Kaiwaka which is clearly not correct as you service their work heat pump and you have installed two for me.
